CellQual is currently looking for an Admin, and HR Assistant with Administration skills for an immediate
start. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of
organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities 

  • Work on reporting, and administrative writing.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Handle all employees’ requirements and requests.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for all related departments.
  • Maintaining human resources records.
  • Monitor and provide reports for the weekly and monthly attendance and roasters.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
  • Assists the team by performing organizational and communication tasks.
  • Handling clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Research and collect information.
  • Any other task assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English Language.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business administration or any related major.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
