Aluminum Façade Design Engineer

- Review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings for Aluminium works.
- Design new process layouts and set-up times.
- Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades
- Provide approved detailed shop drawings with component schedule (profiles /gaskets/accessories/hardware schedule).
- Have an understanding of how the principles of structural mechanics are applied in façade design.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage projects within budget and scope requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Aluminum Fabrication Industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D preferable) and Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent awareness in preparing manufacturing orders and shop drawings for fabrication (cutting list) for job orders using AutoCAD.
