Responsibilities
Plan and implement a Customer Sales Contract that includes a clear in-store execution plan aligned with the company's profit targets.
Must manage credit terms to meet specific targets or surpass the previous year’s results.
It is essential to increase the market penetration rates of products by utilizing multiple techniques and motivational factors.
Manage distributors and assess their performance to meet all business requirements.
Focus on enhancing the overall execution level in the market, including metrics such as RED scores, cooler management, and penetration numbers.
Oversee annual leave usage and conduct one-on-one feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets in the local modern trade segment within the designated area.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the market.
Regularly gather feedback, conduct surveys, take necessary actions, and work to improve scores.
Adhere to all company instructions and legal regulations concerning security, safety, and occupational health.
Qualifications
+5 Years – Sales Management
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
FMCG Experience.
