Complies with the weekly schedule working hours set by the branch supervisor, and coordinates the opening and closing of the branch with them.
Make sure the branch assists, such as; (furniture, computer, surveillance cameras, etc.) are protected from any damages.
Organize and clean the warehouse, and make sure that the merchandise is separated, and properly displayed.
Arrange the merchandise in the branch according to the supervisor's instructions to make sure that they are ready for display for the customer’s needs.
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, their inquiries, promoting the merchandise, providing after-sales service such as repairs, and cleaning after closing hours.
Ensure that each client is addressed to and assisted in selecting clothing. (Models, sizes, colors, etc.)
Make sure the selling process is completed; the money is received from the customer and is submitted to the system in the cashier, then the clothes are folded and put inside Qadri bag.
Guarantee the invoice is handed to the customer, and introduce them to Qadri Loyalty Card.
Receive repair requests from customers, follows up on the repair process with the branch supervisor, and inform the customer about the status of the item (ready, delayed, or otherwise).
Transfers all customer notes, inquiries, and complaints to the branch supervisor regarding models, sizes, and everything related to the displayed merchandise.
Communicates with customers in order to inform them about the status of repairs and to notify them of their orders (transferring merchandise from other branches).
Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
