Responsibilities
Lead the team in analyzing client needs, customizing solutions, and overseeing system testing and implementation.
Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring system performance and providing ongoing support.
Guide and motivate team members, set clear objectives, and track progress.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, 5S, and Design Thinking practices.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution compatibility.
Gather client requirements, create technical documentation, and ensure system integration.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and success.
Conduct team performance reviews and provide training and support as needed.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT is required.
13-15 years of relevant experience.
Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
CBAP certification is preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and client handling skills.
Proficient in software development, programming concepts, and Oracle Warehouse Builder & UNIX scripting (Desired).
