Responsibilities 

  • Identify potential channel partners that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Evaluate and select partners based on their capabilities, market reach, and strategic fit.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and communication to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell the company's products or services.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Use market insights to adjust channel strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate on the creation of collateral and sales tools that support channel partner activities.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for strategy improvement.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
