  • Provide assistance and development to current and existing customers.
  • The ability to manage the end-to-end sales process. 
  • Establishing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
  • Value based selling through ROI calculations and business case development
  • Understanding customer requirements through pragmatic research of user requirements (e.g. accompanying users in field for several days)
  • Build long-term customer relationships while still delivering and managing short-term results.
  • The potential to exceed the yearly sales targets.
  • Participation and organize of industry-focused events.
  • Constant client success is ensured through in-person meetings and the involvement of relevant departments. (project management, support, customer success, engineering etc.).
  • Conduct market research, vertical prioritization and execution of sales strategy.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales or Country Manager.
  • Experience in SaaS. 
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry, or the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of Programmatic Advertising.
  • Knowledge in online marketing.
  • Good people-management skills.
