Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and achieve the needed targets and increase the promotion of products.
  • Reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services.
  • Conduct daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
  • Reach out to customer & corporate leads and Establish new corporate accounts.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets Volume and Value.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Continuously improve account management & customer feedback.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing support and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 -4 years of sales experience in the IT or Telecom sector.
  • Experience with selling SaaS or Cloud-based business solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have a car available during working hours.
