ERP Product Manager

- Lead a team involved in the customization/implementation of the ERP system as per the client’s requirements.
- Oversee ERP implementation in the client environment and ensure that the installed system is operating as per the client's expectations.
- Encourage and motivate team members to achieve common team objectives and identify areas for improvement and training.
- Addresses queries from team members and resolves challenges faced by team members during work.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate the latest application development trends related to emerging technologies and new software functionalities.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing ERP systems and develop strategies for improving these systems, in coordination with the Analysis team.
- Develop application specifications and ensure compliance with all program standards and technical specifications.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
- Integrate application modules based on database architecture and establish connectivity with network systems.
- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
- Ensure successful customization of ERP systems by coordinating requirements from clients, schedules, and activities.
- Provided support to the client on developed applications, such as troubleshooting and resolution to technical bugs and CRs.
- Provide support to Implementers for any queries related to the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in customizing ERP applications (At least 3 years).
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Familiar with the Oracle ecosystem.
- Team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Writing.
- Bachelors in Engineering or related subjects, preferably Computer science or I.T.
- Certification Requirements OCP.
