- Work closely with fabricators and suggest suitable systems in the absence of proper specification from consultant.
- Selection of suitable systems according to the project specification.
- Preparation of technical compliance while submitting commercial proposal.
- Handling window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details
- Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize Estimation software/planswift and prepare material take-off.
- Preparation of value engineering options by complying to the client requirement.
Qualifications:
- Must have a BSc. degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Aluminum Fabrication Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.
- Excellent awareness in preparing Bill of Quantity from tender drawings and estimation of materials cost.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Organized, and Time Management skills.
