Requirements

  • Organize & coordinate planning and reporting process in the markets/entities by maintaining planning time-table and timely communicating the instructions to key stakeholders. Establish clear and efficient processes of data collection and model update. Ensure full system update (BW/BPS) and archiving. Responsible for planning & reporting model - maintenance, development, enhancement.
  • Manage market performance planning (Volume & OCC, GM, OPEX, CAPEX) by collecting relevant inputs (Volume by SKU, selling price, excise rates, trade margin, VMC, freight/warehousing, trade allowances, marketing OPEX and CAPEX etc.). Ensure full alignment of reporting structure.
  • Manage entity performance planning - Entity Net Income, FCF, Balance Sheet.Co-ordinate with key stakeholders information gathering.
  • Manage the control of marketing and Opex spending. Provide full and timely visibility on actuals and commitment. Planning process, reporting and analyses.
  • Monthly reporting - standardized and harmonised reporting of the performance in the region, including all relevant details (i.e. NS & GM rates, brand contribution, variance analysis, OPEX and CAPEX budget monitoring by cost center (actual spending vs. budget) in line with HQ and EXCOM requirements and timelines. Prepare monthly performance deck and management presentation.
  • Manage FP&A projects, such as Pricing and Excise modeling, trade margin monitoring, competitive performance monitoring, CAPEX Investment.
  • Other: Support month-end closing by issuing allocation process instructions and key control points (sanity checks). Manage ad-hoc performance related requirements (i.e. HQ, EXCOM, BD). Support C&TM ROI analysis and BAP & Memo process.

 

 

Requirements

  • University degree including Finance, Accounting, Economy, Business Administration.
  • Professional degree, (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus. 
  • Minimum 3 years reporting/budgeting experience, preferably in an international/FMCG company.
  • Local and IFRS accounting knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Experienced/Users of Accounting System, MS Office skills with Excel, & PowerPoint proficiency is a must.
  • Ability to communicate with Senior Management.
  • Excellent budgeting, analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Organisation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
