  • Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategy and identify trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize deal flow and maximize value for the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
  • Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.
  • Prepare and manage the data room for potential investors, ensuring all necessary documents and information are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare comprehensive investor reports to keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and company performance.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, internal and external shareholders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and potential partners.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support deal proposals and management decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and continuously improve strategies and processes.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in preparing data rooms and investor reports.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with lawyers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
