Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with businesses to develop a strategy and follow a plan for growth.
• Ability to help innovators take the initiative and put their ideas into action through different methods such as service design, lean start-up, and design thinking.
• Act as a mentor or coach to various businesses and other organizations.
• Help the organization take the lead and find out the needs and wants of their client base.
• Help and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions for complex issues of the organization.
• Work with clients to identify new opportunities and markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, or any similar field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Extensive experience with developing new research approaches.
• Strong organizational skills to help manage a large and diverse workload.
• Strong understanding of business's ways of succeeding to help with identifying the challenges that clients may face and propose appropriate solutions.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and high-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
