Understand commercial business needs and define IT solutions to deliver tangible business benefits to commercial departments.
Contribute to the build, deployment, and maintenance of B2C, B2B, and B2B2C digital solutions including eCommerce, digital marketing, retail sales (Direct/In-direct), and call center in line with the company standards and procedures.
Identify business requirements and agree on the solution with Local, Regional, or Global Key stakeholders.
Act as IT service and Solution facilitator for the commercial operation in Jordan.
Support the deployment, and localization of global/core business system solutions including data alignment.
Worked with 3rd party vendors and global product team to develop clear and complete requirements and
ensure these requirements are implemented in the required duration by assigned development teams.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and guidelines on security and compliance to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Previous relevant experience in software development or system analysis.
Experience in setup, configuration, and support of different applications.
Experience in Software Development Cycle a plus (process & and platform design, tool implementation, and user validation test)
Understanding of cloud-based solution architecture principles (preferably AWS).
Hands-on experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements and converting to solution design
Hands-on experience in Sales and After-sales platforms (preferably Salesforce.com) will be an advantage
Hands-on knowledge of Data architecture and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power-BI experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build a complete understanding of requirements and translate them into system functional documentation.
