Responsibilities
Work with Directors and practice leaders to help setup a consulting practice.
Assist leaders to build intellectual property such as templates, frameworks, accelerators and tools for different Consulting services.
Actively help in the growth across the verticals &; customer segments for the consulting services portfolio.
Lead and deliver consulting projects for clients in Jordan and the ME region.
Anchor presales activities including estimations, reviews, and documentation.
Build an ecosystem through partnerships with other product and services firms in the sector.
Work closely with client stakeholders and ensure alignment to project timelines, risks and costs.
Work with Consulting practice head to establish delivery management practices and processes within the company for consulting.
Help in the hiring, training and retention for the consulting team based on market trends.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience with MBA from a well-recognized B-School or equivalent.
At least 2 years of pre-MBA experience, preferably in a technical role for an IT service or product company.
Post MBA experience in working for in a Technology Strategy/consulting role.
Good understanding of the overall technology trends and concepts in areas such as Digital transformation – Digital strategy and roadmap, Cloud transformation, Automation etc.
Knowledge of market leading consulting tools and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving ability that leverages structured, logical thinking, with knowledge of growth strategy development and market assessment frameworks.
Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint slide building and proficiency in storyboarding.
Collaborative workstyle and ability to effectively work remotely while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience conducting structured, time-bound competitive and market research, including a high degree of familiarity with major market research sources and databases.
Willingness to travel on a limited basis as needed on projects, i.e., one-two weeks per month.
Good to have – experience in the Middle East clients, including ability to converse in Arabic.
