  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or any other related field.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services.
  • Familiar with local system integrators.
  • Good command of English language both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of various selling techniques.
  • Excellent command of computer skills (Microsoft Office).



  • Achieve the set monthly/ quarterly assigned sales targets for the business solution products.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with the customers and high-level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily visits to existing/ potential customers.
  • Answer customers’ inquiries received through calls/ emails.
  • Cross-sell, and up-sell our products and services.
  • Present the company's products and services within the assigned segment to enhance customers’ awareness in collaboration with the presales team (if needed).
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports as requested.
