Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to verify they meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain electrical systems (change light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, and so on).
- Assist in the installation of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and perform repairs as needed.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to guarantee proper operation.
- Inspect fire and security alarm systems and arrange repairs as needed.
- When necessary, do manual repairs (such as changing locks or replacing windows).
- Execute pest control actions such as insecticide spraying.
- Perform general maintenance operations (for example, landscaping) and other jobs as given(painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Assist with budget preparation and implementation.
Requirements:
- Technician experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems General knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
- Knowledge of common tools, equipment, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities are required for physical fitness and strength, a willingness to work overtime.
- High school diploma or similar qualification; A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or a related profession will be advantageous.
