Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry dynamics.
