Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment.
Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, and ensure timely responses.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up to date.
Maintain office equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition and arranging for repairs when needed.
Assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in office administration or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
