Responsibilities:
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports, also filing.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in any related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Office Secretary in a reputed company.
Proficiency in preparing business correspondences, contracts etc, using Microsoft office package.
Good communication skills both in Arabic and English.
Capable to work as Secretary under pressure with skills in preparing business letters, taking minutes of meetings etc., with typing both in Arabic & English.
