  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports, also filing.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.


  • Must have a degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Office Secretary in a reputed company.
  • Proficiency in preparing business correspondences, contracts etc, using Microsoft office package.
  • Good communication skills both in Arabic and English.
  • Capable to work as Secretary under pressure with skills in preparing business letters, taking minutes of meetings etc., with typing both in Arabic & English.
