Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions.
- Configure Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM.
- Test and validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide functional support to end-users and resolve system issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for Oracle applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement customizations and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend Oracle ERP enhancements.
- Assist in developing workflows and reports to streamline operations.
- Ensure system configurations align with industry best practices and company policies.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle implementations.
- Participate in project planning, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, or HCM.
- Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle system configurations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
