Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions.
Configure Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM.
Test and validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Provide functional support to end-users and resolve system issues.
Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for Oracle applications.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement customizations and integrations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend Oracle ERP enhancements.
Assist in developing workflows and reports to streamline operations.
Ensure system configurations align with industry best practices and company policies.
Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle implementations.
Participate in project planning, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, or HCM.
Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle system configurations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
