Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Sales and Partnership leaders to articulate the key business benefits of our products.
Create a bi-monthly product update that is sent to our customers and prospects, helping them to understand the business impact of our products and features.
Articulate company’s value proposition across a variety of communication channels -video, email, infographics, social media etc.
Participate in monthly and quarterly goals relating to the wider Marketing function.
Contribute insights on banking consumer behavior in emerging and developing markets to our Product Management team, helping to ensure our platform evolves in line with market needs and preempts our customer's needs.
Analyze our target customer and prospect engagement data (Hubspot platform) and in line with the Head of Marketing, establish where we should focus our marketing efforts, creating relevant content for automated workflows in line with that focus.
Define and prioritize work that contributes to growth goals of new customer acquisition and product adoption.
10+ years of experience in technology companies, with 5+ years in banking software or Fintech product marketing role. Preference for experience with digital banking, payments or ATM/cards products.
Knowledge of the banking market in Africa and Middle East a distinct advantage.
Driven adoption of banking product.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Being able to juggle multiple tasks and goals. Focus on detail where it matters.
A positive proactive nature.
A willingness to work with across teams, leading projects where necessary.
