Ensure assigned projects are fully scoped, have a robust Business Case and key stakeholders are identified.
Leading and delivering projects following the agile project framework.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects from idea to post-implementation review and benefit realisation.
Ensure required business and technical architecture assessments and analysis are undertaken for each project so there is a clear vision for the future state and the change actions required.
Ensuring the delivery of project results and outcomes.
Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes.
Work closely with the IT Leads and Business Relationship Managers, and Tech Comms Lead to ensure all Business Readiness, Communications and People changes are identified, planned and delivered.
Work with the Agile Tech PMO Lead to establish key working practices will include: 1-Develop the framework for project initiatives. 2-Prepare packs for the key Governance meetings. 3-Create and maintain the Tech capacity plan. 4-Support the Business Relationship Managers and overall promote and embed a culture of agility and trust of Tech PMO delivery within the firm. 5-Lead on PMO activities and play a key role in the Tech enabled delivery tracking and ensuring that the construct of the projects are set up to delivery iterative value throughout the lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including experience in managing complex IT projects.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, preferably in the domains of AI, content, and website development.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Experience in managing projects for government entities in KSA, with a strong understanding of the local regulatory landscape.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations in KSA.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Experience in managing project budgets and schedules, including tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
