Responsibilities
- Assist the Digital Transformation PMO in establishing and managing PMO operations and coordinate the preparation of PMO engagement plans with the Senior PMO Consultant for RYPAL’s clients.
- Oversee various Digital Transformation projects under the government’s transformation plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective execution.
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring inclusion of all essential activities and adherence to timelines, including oversight of bid management plans.
- Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects, while continuously improving processes, templates, and tools used by project teams.
- Develop and implement PM training and mentoring plans; organize workshops for client project managers on methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools.
- Provide guidance on managing project risks, issues, and change controls, communicating their impact effectively to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report the progress of key digital transformation projects and portfolios to client management, ensuring visibility into performance, deliverables, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- PMP-certified Project Manager.
- 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven track record in supporting PMO functions and working alongside senior consultants to establish effective PMO operations for digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience overseeing the implementation of large-scale digital services platforms and systems developed by third-party vendors.
