Responsibilities

  • Project Management capabilities.
  • Program Management Capabilities.
  • Plan, assign, track and coordinate resources in an effective and efficient manner and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 – 15 years of project management and related experience.
  • Proven ability to solve problems. 
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Team player with great communications skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based project management software.
  • Experience of working in a technical environment, and can easily understand and adapt to new technologies.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMI, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, APM, Scrum Alliance).
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams in a global environment.
  • Background in data, technology, and product development.
  • Experience in project management and currently working in a senior project management position.
  • Ensure successful execution of product initiatives at ground level through identifying needed resources and aligning stakeholders across product and technology teams.
  • Drive inter-team transparency and alignment; highlight cross-team dependencies, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure impactful projects are delivered accurately on or ahead of schedule
  • Ensure production readiness with proper signoffs & documentation.
  • Be a Project Management/Scrum SME to help train and coach teams on Project Management best practices.
  • Help teams organize scrum meetings, using Jira to manage the backlog, holding daily stand-up calls, reviewing the backlog, and ensuring everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities and managing each project's scope and timeline.
  • Manage onboarding and training programs, conduct assessments, and provide status on the progress.
  • Gain expertise in business processes, the data, and our applications.
  • Always looking for new ways to help the teams improve their ways of working.
  • Knowledge of Managing Modern best practice Business Digital web sites projects.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English).
  • Responsible of preparing Project Progress Report.
