Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a team of Business-to-Business specialists in order to meet the company’s goals efficiently.
Direct and assist the B2B team with ongoing projects and trainings.
Plan and execute monthly strategies and plans to meet the sales objectives.
Recruit, hire and train qualified sales candidates.
Perform plan analysis which fits the clients’ requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields.
Previous working experience in banks or insurance agencies.
Technical background, with experience in selling technology software systems.
Managerial background is needed.
7 - 10 years of experience.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-Solving and strategic thinking skills.
Great skills in managing priorities and tasks.
