Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Take guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and guest relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and cost control.
