Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing actions effectiveness.
  • Develops cost proposal schedules, formats excel templates, conducts pricing research and prepares supplemental cost documents needed for submission.
  • Develops pricing strategies, provides cost/pricing input, and resolves issues as needed.
  • Conducts quality assurance checks on budgets.
  • Participates in meetings and interacts with proposal team leads throughout proposal development process.
  • Works with proposal partners, negotiates costs and budgets, and coordinates overall process.
  • Writes concise budget narratives and responds to final budget questions when needed.
  • Ensures all compliance requirements are met within each cost proposal and related cost documents.
  • Maintain and update regularly pricing history database.
  • Assists other team members when needed.
  • Stimulate market-based segmentation to collaborate Product Managers as well as Sales Organization.
  • Participate in the development of contact center Cost Management policies, procedures and systems and ensure the interpretation and implementation of these policies.
  • Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions.
  • Provide top management with recommendations and proposals for the continuous reduction in costs of project and operations expenditure through strict control of staff, materials and equipment costs at various stages of the projects’ life cycle.
  • Examine and review unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated properly and to apply cost accounting principles for detail information.
  • Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer.
  • Plan and implement appropriate shifts in strategy for cost allocation and budget utilization to meet the company’s projects needs and align with the Company’s aggressive growth plans aimed at minimizing the risks on various projects undertaken.
  • Coordinate with peers and report to supervisors in relation to all functions performed when required.



  • University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or Accounting Professional Certification.
  • About 8-10 years of related experience of which a minimum of 6-8 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
  • Problem solving skills.
