Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
Fundamental know-how in business process framework architecture, legacy system migration and application integration.
Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
Good experience & knowledge on multiple Success Factors / SAP HCM Solutions –Employee Central, Payroll and/or Talent modules.
Associate Certification in at least one Success Factors module is mandatory.
Professional Certification (In any SF Modules) would be added advantage.
At least 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience in Success Factors.
Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes.
Good Communication skills, both oral and written in English & Arabic.
Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable).
