Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • 5-10 years of implementing and support Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Solutions using SAP.
  • 3-5years of experience in Public Sector Collection and Disbursement (PSCD).
  • Must be a bilingual (Arabic and English Speaker).
  • Diagnose and resolve the support incidents. Enhance the current TRM system and develop/customize the business process as per the business expectations along with necessary testing and documentation. Should have experience working in CR.
  • Ability to interact with different levels of business to clearly define business requirements and translate it to technical.
  • Define and prepare business requirements documents based on interaction with business.
  • Ensure tests executed in a logical order.
  • Log and resolve defects.
  • Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Portal
  • Experience in TRM / PCSD is preferable.
  • Ability to interact with different levels of business to clearly define business requirements and translate it to technical.
  • Working with Tax authorities in understanding the tax laws and related legislations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment, collaborating with other team members.
  • Experience supporting/implementing SAP solutions within the Public Sector.
  • Experience in managing data migration.
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Experience in managing a team of functional consultants.
  • Should have extensive tax background.
