Oversee the daily operation and performance of core insurance systems (general insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, etc.) to ensure stability and efficiency.
Monitor system functionality and proactively identify potential issues that may impact operations.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to insurance systems, escalating critical problems when required and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate directly with external service providers and system vendors regarding system updates, maintenance, and modification requests.
Develop and generate operational and financial reports using SQL and reporting tools to support business and management needs.
Extract, analyze, and validate system data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Provide advanced technical support to internal users and operational departments, assisting them with system-related inquiries and challenges.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of practical experience in information systems or a similar role.
Previous experience working within the insurance sector is strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Advanced experience using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience working with core insurance systems or enterprise business systems.
Solid understanding of general insurance, medical insurance, and life insurance processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
