Manage the entire life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process and develop strategies to attract talented applicants.
Adapt proactive sourcing solutions using multiple channels including but not limited to direct sourcing, employee referrals, industry networking, targeted advertising, college programs, and social media…etc.
Update Talent Acquisition procedures or create new, pro-active sourcing strategies and procedures.
Manage open requisitions and prioritize hard to fill openings and reallocate recruiters as needed.
Manage and administer the applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Create and manage Talent Acquisition metrics and insights and identify areas of improvement in response to key indicator data, trends and critical issues.
Develop action plans as needed.
Prepare and maintain a pipeline of deploy-ready resources
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the assessment process.
Maintain detailed communications with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status.
Conduct labor market research, and captures applicant workforce intelligence, trends and information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company Talent Acquisition processes compliant.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in which 3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Lead or a similar role.
Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
Excellent knowledge in using Applicant Trach Systems; preferably Zoho suite.
Quick decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
