Provide legal and policy advisory services related to the transport sector.

Draft and review national transport laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance mechanisms.

Support the development of governance structures and institutional reform initiatives.

Coordinate with government ministries, transport authorities, and relevant stakeholders.

Align local transport regulations with international standards and best practices (e.g., UNECE, ITF).

Contribute to the formulation and review of national transport strategies.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience in legal, policy, or regulatory roles within the transport sector.
- Proven experience working with government bodies or transport regulatory authorities.

Strong legal drafting skills with a focus on transport-related legislation and policy.

Solid understanding of governance models and institutional frameworks.

Demonstrated involvement in international benchmarking and regulatory alignment.

Familiarity with public sector advisory work and strategic planning in the transport domain.
