Senior UI/Frontend Software Engineer

- Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Implement new features and workflows.
- Improve end-to-end and functional tests performance.
- Improve unit tests coverage.
- Create and maintain robust, scalable, & operable software solutions.
- Create and maintain appropriate design artifacts and documentation so as to enable broad team participation.
- Communicate complex technical designs and solutions in clear, concise, and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Help in effectively decomposing feature implementation into associated tasks for planning & tracking purposes as part of a delivery team.
- Communicate effectively with local and remote team members.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of application design and development processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to applications projects.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of application design and development processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to applications projects.
- Solid understanding of front-end implementations in an enterprise architecture environment.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API's.
- ReactJS, Embers is a bonus.
- Strong functional knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (REST) is needed to be successful in this position.
- Must have strong programming, code development, code debugging and testing skills, troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in JS frameworks.
- Proficient on SPA JavaScript frameworks such as react/ember.js.
- JavaScript experience.
- Experience testing JavaScript code.
- Strong grasp of security principles.
