Responsibilities:
- Oversee the exercises of the computer program improvement group.
- Take part in all stages of the program advancement lifecycle, counting necessities capturing, composing, investigating, testing, and conveying program deliverables.
- Help Building Chief in arranging, planning, and doling out ventures to the program engineers.
- Help in creating guidelines and methods for computer program engineers.
- Communicates and implements coding measures.
- Performs code audits and mentors' junior designers.
- Give direction and authority to the program improvement group and guarantee that they have the correct specialized and proficient capabilities.
- Help computer program improvement group in creating arrangements for software-related issues.
- Give input to the documentation group and direct the documentation of computer program.
- Improvement issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Get ready for point-by-point examinations, plans, charts, and confirmation methods for existing and proposed computer program applications.
- Confirm program rationale by planning and utilizing test information.
- Assess and alter existing applications and frameworks in connection to changes in prerequisites, program discharges, or setup.
- Conduct yearly execution evaluations to survey employees' execution in coordination with the Building Chief, prescribe compensation increments, rewards, and advancements, and carry out disciplinary gatherings when required.
- Go to and contribute to administration gatherings in arrange to communicate successfully inside the organization and give the administration the required reports and back to in general trade choice making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP is an advantage,
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty.
- High proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken).
