Software Engineer Director

- Shape the architecture, design, and development processes to deliver high-quality software solutions using .NET Core and Angular technologies.
- Lead and mentor software development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Drive the design and implementation of software solutions that align with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and approve architectural decisions, code quality, and development methodologies.
- Oversee software testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the company's technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience in software development using .NET Core and Angular.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
