10+ years of experience related to the consulting or industry in technology solutions implementation as project/program manager, solution/integration architect, integration lead.
Software engineering experience.
Systems integration experience.
Preferably in Financial sector, Telco, healthcare.
At least 5 years of experience in delivering complex multi-stream technology projects (systems integration, software development, package/vendor selection) more than 12 years of experience in resources within a consulting environment, vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
Having the ability to navigate amongst major integration platforms, technology solution providers and packages.
To be aware of major vendors and technology solutions for at least one of these fields: banking, telco, healthcare, cloud services.
Certifications in any project management methodologies: PMBOK, SCRUM, PRINCE2.
Management Consulting Experience, working in one of the big four companies is a plus.
Experience in working with system integrators or technology solution providers also is a plus.
Proficiency with major technology frameworks and methods (SDLC, Agile, Kanban, ITIL, CMM).
To understand technology solution market landscapes and key vendors.
A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
Experience in Business development field and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
Proven experience in business process improvement, leveraging Organization Transformation.
