Responsibilities
To define the engagement impact broader business objectives and be aware to build a collaboration between the team in order to build accountability and commitment to meeting intended objectives.
To manage projects and provide strategic administration across the account to deliver the experience of the client.

To focus on client value-generating initiatives to accelerate changes and to identify metrics to monitor and analyze performance against the company Objectives.
To keep up with the client’s business and financial situation and understand financial impacts of proposed solutions.
To manage connections with the clients beyond immediate engagement that serves a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agenda to strengthen interactions.
To take control of the demanding situations and deal with the escalated situations calmly by controlling own emotions and recognizing emotions in others.
To Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, assemble and provide team with the necessary needed skillset and knowledge to prepare sales materials.
To adopt a global approach to networking, building reputation and assemble teams to serve clients in the best possible ways.
To articulate an initiative opinion on leading edge technologies and their correlations with business models in domain area.
To leads clients to set the right business capabilities across core services, and create balance between customer operations and administrative activities through technology enhancements.
To identify opportunities for enhancement process and leverage technology solutions to enhance customer service and delivery.
To use the experience across clients and operating models to integrate points between technology and business operations.
Keep up with market trends and anticipates opportunities in order to help clients to provide new growth opportunities.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience related to the consulting or industry in technology solutions implementation as project/program manager, solution/integration architect, integration lead.
Software engineering experience.
Systems integration experience.
Preferably in Financial sector, Telco, healthcare.
At least 5 years of experience in delivering complex multi-stream technology projects (systems integration, software development, package/vendor selection) more than 12 years of experience in resources within a consulting environment, vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
Having the ability to navigate amongst major integration platforms, technology solution providers and packages.
To be aware of major vendors and technology solutions for at least one of these fields: banking, telco, healthcare, cloud services.
Certifications in any project management methodologies: PMBOK, SCRUM, PRINCE2.
Management Consulting Experience, working in one of the big four companies is a plus.
Experience in working with system integrators or technology solution providers also is a plus.
Proficiency with major technology frameworks and methods (SDLC, Agile, Kanban, ITIL, CMM).
To understand technology solution market landscapes and key vendors.
A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
Experience in Business development field and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
Proven experience in business process improvement, leveraging Organization Transformation.
The required competencies must be in one or more of the following fields: Application Architecture, Application Modernization, Service Delivery Optimization, Systems Design & Engineering, Integration Services or Application Management Services.
