Responsibilities
Create product manuals & user guides for customers.
Create frequently asked questions (FAQ) for customers.
Train customers on how to use FAQs and product manuals.
Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus make products user-friendly.
Organize and write supporting documents for products.
Ensure procedures related to standardized system dictionaries are followed while ‘online help’ is documented.
Study product samples and interact with product designers and developers on any potential changes and incorporate them in FAQ.

Set up procedures for standardizing the system dictionary.
Accountable for knowledge management repository.
Qualifications
Experience in writing Technical Reports.
Previous experience in developing User Guides and User Manuals.
Excellent Communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Technical Writing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Good knowledge of software, hardware, and programming.
Problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to explain technical details.
Fluency with digital tools.
Experience or elementary knowledge in programming.
Bachelors in Engineering or related subjects, preferably Computer science or I.T
