Responsibilities
Conduct client-facing activities, including product demos, workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as user manuals, functional and non-functional requirements, and system workflows.
Collaborate with the product team to understand, define, and document new features.
Support the Business Analysis team in requirement gathering, analysis, and backlog refinement.
Ensure all product documentation remains current and accurately reflects the latest updates.
Work closely with the BA team to draft user stories and continuously refine the product backlog.
Liaise with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of specifications.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients for each release, as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in process modeling techniques, including workflows, wireframes, and user journey maps.
Strong listening and communication skills, with a focus on accurate requirement elicitation and clarification.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Confident in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and managing stakeholder discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
1–4 years of relevant experience.
