Responsibilities

  • Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function.
  • Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy.
  • Ability to incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options.
  • Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations.
  • Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving.
  • Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
  • Identify and architect an executable operating model for a specific function to maximize quality, speed, and financial impact of service delivery.
  • Anticipates the organization’s response to various elements of the transformation and collaborates with colleagues across service areas to address people, process, or technology change management needs.
Qualifications
  • Post-graduate, 3-5 years of experience in Technology solutions implementation as project/stream lead, solution/integration architect, QA/Testing lead.
  • Software development as developer, SCRUM master, QA lead, product owner Systems integration.
  • Preferably in Financial sector, public sector, Telco, healthcare.
  • Experiencing working with system integrators or technology solution providers is a plus.
  • To be aware of the major of vendors and technology solutions for systems integration, banking, telco, healthcare, cloud services are a plus.
  • Having an experience in big four companies is a plus.
  • Holding undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Software engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • Having a strong administrative and numeracy skills and the ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details.
  • MS office applications proficiency.
  • Holding certifications in any of these project management methodologies including PMBOK, SCRUM, PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (required).
