  • Coordinate and support the design, development, and delivery of training activities under the project.
  •  Oversee and monitor the technical training programs that are developed and implemented by the project  implementation partner.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and effective execution of project events.
  •  Maintaining hard and electronic filing system and databases
  •  Design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, and learning framework of the Project.
  •  Maintain and administer the & database; analyze, validate, and aggregate findings.
  •  Coordinate and support the End of Project Evaluation.
  • Provide all administrative, communication and content support to the project manager.


  •  Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related field.
  •  At least two years’ experience in a technical training delivery role is essential.
  •  Experience in project monitoring frameworks


  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  •  Training skills
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  •  Multitasking and attention to detail
  •  Interpersonal and communication skills
