Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the design, development, and delivery of training activities under the project.
Oversee and monitor the technical training programs that are developed and implemented by the project implementation partner.
Coordinate and support the planning and effective execution of project events.
Maintaining hard and electronic filing system and databases
Design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, and learning framework of the Project.
Maintain and administer the & database; analyze, validate, and aggregate findings.
Coordinate and support the End of Project Evaluation.
Provide all administrative, communication and content support to the project manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related field.
At least two years’ experience in a technical training delivery role is essential.
Experience in project monitoring frameworks
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
Training skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Multitasking and attention to detail
Interpersonal and communication skills
