Responsibilities and Skills 

  • Conducting a business study in an effort to identify business process improvement within different departments in the organization.
  • Performing gap analysis to identify key process improvements.
  • Capturing and tracing business issues in the current state of business processes.
  • Recommending integration and improvement in the existing processes and redesigning process documentation (as appropriate), that would yield better results for clients.
  • Assist with developing and delivering improvements in the process/policy documentation across business divisions within the organization.
  • Ability to do business processes Improvement/Reengineering (BPI/BPR)
  • Policy & Procedure Documentation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and organizational excellence.
  • Guide and mentor all teams to implement the changes.
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal employee information
  • Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Knowledge of business processes and improvement methods.
  • Knowledge of business processes Reengineering.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
  • Presentation skills.
