Responsibilities:

 

  • Able to develop and implement training programs to support employee development and career growth.
  • Able to specify all related training on Job-related skills.
  • Implement training process (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
  • Receive feedback from staff members regarding the training programs, and develop programs accordingly.
  • Leadership development
  • Coordinate with managers and conduct interviews with staff members at all levels to
    determine and evaluate training and development needs
  • Deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employee.
  • Compiling and presenting information.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes of training programs or programs.
  • Ensure that workers receive the mandatory needed training.
  • Implement, provide advice, and keep track of appraisal programs.
  • Build and evaluate training programs.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Great command of the English language.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Having a good understanding of various training techniques, as well as teamwork,
    communication, and people skills.
  • Able to develop and implement training programs to support employee development and
    career growth.
  • Able to specify all related training on Job-related skills.
  • Self-learner, motivated , and ambitious.
  • Flexibility of work on night shifts.
