Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with business needs.
  • Develop leadership pipelines and workforce planning initiatives to ensure long-term organizational capability across all departments.
  • Create and implement talent frameworks that reflect Coop’s values, culture, and growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership on succession planning, organizational design, and team structuring to support scalable growth.
  • Enhance Coop’s employer brand and ensure a high-quality, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Align recruitment efforts with the unique talent demands of the F&B and service sectors to ensure operational readiness and cultural fit.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational development, with a strong track record in building and scaling teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor market dynamics and recruitment practices; prior experience in F&B, retail, or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in workforce planning, succession strategies, team structure design, and aligning talent needs with business growth.
  • Proficient in recruitment operations, employer branding, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Experienced in leveraging HR systems, analytics, and market-aligned compensation strategies to drive informed decision-making and performance optimization.
