Roles & Duties:

  • Community management of the accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Scheduling and posting of content as per media and content plans
  • Response to queries, DMs and requests
  • Setup and develop crisis management plan
  • Setup and develop response plan
  • Support the team based on experience and interaction with ideas that can help for future content development
  • Preferably with experience in managing Saudi accounts before to understand the mentality, language and how to deal with the audience
