Requirements 

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  
• Min. 2 years on similar position
• Languauge: Fluent English; PC Literacy: Very Good Excel, Knowledge on ERP Systems (SAP preferred), knowledge of Business Warehouse solutions as a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Product Cost Manager and the whole Factory Finance Dpt in processing JTI Product Costing policies, guidelines and standards.
• Process proper SKU cost calculations for new introductions during rough estimations for markets, BAP calculations, NPD Change Order Factory Approvals (PSR-s) and especially during TDT and ASP processes (whenever needed via proper communication with internal factory departments or external brand groups, markets, R&D and C&TM).
• Deliver monthly closing activities "on time in full" with a special focus on SAP Product Costing processes.
• Guarantee a process of actionable discovering, analysing and reporting detailed variances between actual and standard costs (both price- and quantity-wise) especially for Leaf and NTM FM defined categories involving communication with other departments whenever needed.
• Support Product Cost Manager and the whole Factory Finance Dpt in factory TDT/ASP strategic planning with a special focus on NTM and Leaf costing concluded by clean standards in Group and local databases (e.g. SAP, MSTR, ILCP, local NTM database).
• Provide a special support to PPO department in mainly NTM (but also Leaf) price variance analysis and saving activities (e.g. lot-size savings including so called BEP studies, spec changes, sourcing changes).
• Provide a special support to Production Dpt in detailed and actionable analysis of Leaf and NTM Yield as well as production conversion cost variances between actuals and standards.
• Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
