Qualifications:

  • Greeting guests on arrival.
  • Undertaking front desk service duties
  • Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay.
  • Processing food and beverage requests.
  • Coordinating third-party services such as tour guides, taxis, airport transfers, and rental cars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or any other related field.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Conscientious, enthusiastic,
    and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
