Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Prescribing medication and administering appropriate treatments.
- Monitoring and managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.
- Refer employees to external healthcare providers or specialists when necessary for further evaluation or treatment.
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid treatment to employees who sustain injuries or fall ill during work hours.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of treatments provided to employees.
Requirements
- A medical degree is necessary.
- Previous experience in occupational health, primary care, or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound medical decisions in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employee.
