Responsibilities and Duties
• Carry out recruitment and appointment operations in order to ensure attracting and assigning appropriate talents to carry out operations in the organization
• Carry out employee time monitoring and work to follow up work related to employee fingerprints to ensure that staff abide by attendance and absence dates and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.
• Participate in preparing employee salaries and issuing salary slips in order to ensure that employees receive their dues and to ensure optimal representation for the organization.
• Handle financial calculations and conducting end-of-service interviews upon the end of employee services to ensure flexibility and accuracy in the process of ending employee services and compliance with legislation and laws.
• Enters and save all data related to employees to ensure the completeness of employee data
• Coordination with the accredited health insurance company regarding the employees health insurace matters.
• Prepare financial advances and vouchers for business trips and ensure that they are entered into the system and coordinate with the accounting department regarding all financial matters.
• Follow up and record instances of breaches of conduct / policies and procedures, employee relations issues and employee complaints to ensure correct actions are taken.
• Contribute to preparing organizational structures for all directorates in the organization.
• Contribute to the training operations of the organization employees to ensure compliance with the annual training plan and staff development.
• Entering, storing and archiving all data related to employees to ensure the comprehensiveness of employee data.
