Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HR internal database, records, and employee files.
  • Develop and complete contract terms and all the paperwork for new hires.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as contracts, and new hires guidelines.
  • Prepare health and life insurance programs.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
  • Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • You will be responsible of arrange travel accommodations and processing expense forms.
  • Update company policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and training centers.
  • Help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant field.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements, local labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
